HR Due Diligence

Corporate functions such as Corporate Development, Finance, Legal and HR base their company valuations on different focal points. In many company acquisitions, the HR dimension is not sufficiently analyzed, which can lead to costly consequences. Therefore, I recommend an HR due diligence according to corporate aspects to ensure the success of the purchase. Based on my extensive experience I‘ll support you in your purchase intentions.

After the purchase of a company, post-merger integration is the next step to ensure that the investment pays off and that two companies can become one organization.
